Manuel DaCosta SHOTOKAN Sensei in the Killeen, Belton, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights has been an "Asset" to the community by his dedicated teaching and striving for the very best in all his students and has made his community a better place to live-in. I hope to one day meet this young man and excellent teacher of Shotokan Karate and one who posses the skills which we have at a young age!
